HOW TO JOIN OUR CLUB |
|
First step is to get your AMA membership. Check the AMA link out on our links page. You can register with AMA online. You will need to follow all of the AMA rules and requirements in addition to the LRCC clubs rules. There is a good link at the AMA site that has all of the documentation. Next complete a club membership application. Copies of the club’s membership application are kept at the flying fields in the in the pavilion under the bulletin board. Either mail the document and payment to Jerry Hermes (address provided on the form) or present the application to the Officers at the next monthly club meeting. There a high probability to run across these Officers at the flying field early in the morning or on Sunday afternoon. |

We are always looking for new members. We don’t have over crowding, or long waiting lines for flight time. There always some one to help with new pilots. Our club has significant diversity in the hobby with, teenagers to retirees, electric, glow, gas, aircraft trainers, scale, war birds, quarter scale, the need for speed, 3D, helicopters, and electric motor gliders. Last year there was a rubber band model contest. I’m sure there is something in our club to meet your needs. |
