Our Numb Thumbs event is held every year on January 1st. Despite the bad weather we had another great turn out. There were 48 club members that turned out this year. Sorry we don’t have pictures this year! If you have some, I’ll post them.

 

Numb Thumbs 2008

Again last year we had Monthly Fun Flys! Thanks to Sonny Forrest and Wayne Hoffman for running the events. They included buy/sell/trade activity!

There has been discussion around an electric event as well, and possibly a War Bird day.  Stay tuned for more information.

The club’s monthly meeting are held on the first Tuesday of every month. In the months with ample daylight and good weather, the meetings are held at the field. During the fall and winter months the meeting is held at Bowman Field AREO Club, located off of Dutchmans lane. See the Newsletter.

Club President’s Day Biplane Fun Fly

The President’s day Biplane fun fly was a great success last year! We are considering doing this again in 2008. Thanks to everyone that  participated last year.
