Club Field Rules
·
All flyers must
be current
members of the
AMA and LRCC and have a current club sticker on their AMA card. Guests
will be required to
have a current AMA card.
·
All aircraft shall be airworthy and meet the 95db rule.
·
On y (4) flyers Will be on the flight line at one time, except for
helicopters, foamies, sailplanes and combat.
·
Flying is not permitted before 9:00AM or after 9:00 PM.
·
Flyers will stand behind the safety fence, not
at the opening in the fence.
·
Aircraft ready for flight may taxi from the pits to the
flight line, but do not start motor in spectator area.
·
A takeoff must be declared prior to takeoff. Prior to landing the pilot shall declare their intent to land.
Runway Priorities:
A) Aircraft landing with dead stick or other emergency.
B.) Aircraft landing normally.
C.) Aircraft taking off.
·
No flying is permitted behind flight line, or over pits.
·
At no time are flights permitted
outside the park boundary. (see map)
·
After landing you may taxi back to the flight line, then turn
off motor.
·
Engine break-in is not permitted in
the pit areas. (see map or designated area.)
·
Last one out must lock the pin board and the gate.
·
The AMA 25 foot rule shall be strictly enforced. Anyone flying 3D inside the 25 foot line will be required to have a spotter. It is the spotters responsibility to make
sure the pilot does not cross the flight line fence and to make sure no one else is flying.
